The group: - Convinced the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to include a Parkinson's disease patient as an FDA Patient Consultant to work with committees that approve clinical trial designs, and ultimately treatment. - Created and advanced a Declaration of Clinical Research Rights and Responsibilities for People with Parkinson's.
How to get involved
The Parkinson Pipeline Project needs volunteers to work for as little as three hours each month to track one or more of the dozens of potential treatments currently in clinical trials.
